Background iOS 5 update #1

Per my posting to the Google Groups forum, this is a first-cut iOS 5 background-enabled version. I haven't yet tested it outside the simulator, so caveat emptor.

Removed the original custom slider lock code, and implemented a cancel button.

Any word on whether SFCTA will incorporate community modifications?

Ok, I have finally done some updates to the code. I started with your changes, Peter (thank you!! :+1: ). I also did some others. Mostly it amounts to removing some unused code and resources, enabling local notifications to ping users about the app recording when it's in the background (since the timer notifications won't work in background mode), and also some clean-up/reorganization of the code.

Working now on releasing this, but since it also involves moving the app from the contractor's accout (mopimp) to our own SFCTA developer account, it's a bit more work and it looks like we'll do it right after TRB next week (so it's still up when Elizabeth gives her presentation about CycleTracks data (Session 483 on Tuesday morning).
