When: Friday June 7th - Afternoon

Changed: 
- Signal at Kearny/Geary was manually fixed.  Need to rev the signal card!
- Signal at Otis/Mission/Van Ness was manually added.  Need to address for 
reals.
- updated FFS on freeways to be 65 (from 50 and 55)

- upped # of paths to 20

Results:
 - a couple dozen max waiting vehicles!
 - really small gaps again.
 - no visible gridlock

To check:
 - compare to counts.
