Nonprofit Starter Pack does not support Giftaid process (UK requirement) #134

All nonprofits in the UK need to go through the Giftaid process. It would be 
great for the Nonprofit 
Starter Pack to support this.

Working on a design. There is a decision that needs to be made about if this is 
a part of the contacts and orgs 
package, or a separate package. If it is a separate package, it should probably 
be a managed package build as 
an extension of Contacts and Organizations. That way it could look at the 
Account and determine if it were a one 
to one account.
