UDRs fail on Households #268

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Create a UDR from an Opp to a HH
2.  Run rollups
3.  Note rollups work great, UDR notsomuch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UDRs should work, but they don't.  

There's a namespace issue when the UDR calls back into the rollups, it uses the 
namespace-free Household__c, which isn't the name in a packaged environment, 
its npo02__Household__c. The runtime checks as well as the wizard will need to 
be fixed to reflect this.
