AlwaysRollupToPrimary not checked on trigger #269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  HH Settings as: No Household, Always Rollup to Primary, disable the system 
settings in a 1x1 Account so it looks like a normal Account
2.  Create a donation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The value should still rollup to the Contact, since Always Rollup to Primary is 
checked. However, its only rolling up to the Account as the system is ignoring 
the setting and thinks the Account is a non-1x1
