Opportunity Rollups do not rollup Opportunities to Contacts without Households in Batch rollups

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install households 2.3.7 and enable Household rollup trigger
2. Create a contact without a household.
3. Add some Opportunities
4. See that Opportunities are rolled up to Contact
5. Blank out some rollup fields from the Contact
6. Run the batch rollups

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Blanked fields should be re-calculated
Actual: Fields are not re-calculated. Adding / Editing another opportunity will 
force the recalculation

What version of the packages are you using?
C&O 2.0.2
Households 2.3.7
