When Converting Lead w/ Opp, OCR is not marked as primary #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Create a lead
2.  Convert lead with an Opp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An opportunity with the converted lead's contact as teh primary contact role 
should be created. However, the OCR is not marked as primary.
