To replicate:
1. Login to the org above
2. Crate a new Contact from the Contacts Tab 
    a. Relay the contact to the organization "test for kevin"
    b. Enter a mobile phone for the contact and choose preferred phone = mobile
    c. Save

See the Account phone overwriting the contact mobile
