Editing pre-existing Opportunities' Membership End Dates will not roll up to Contacts/Households

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit "Membership End Date" field from pre-existing Opportunity with a 
"Membership" record type
2. Save
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When a Membership End Date on the Opportunity is edited, it should roll up and 
edit the Contact and Household records as well (assuming that there isn't 
another end date that supersedes it from another opportunity record).  Instead, 
the Contact and Household records retain whatever the previous value was before 
the change.

What version of the packages are you using?

Households 2.3.11
Contacts & Organizations 2.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
