This is a pretty big deal for organizations that have changed their OWDs on
Accounts/Contacts and/or implemented a Role Hierarchy. It means that
One-to-One Contact owners (with full Profile CRED Permissions for Contacts)
won't be able to delete a Contact they own if it has changed hands to their
ownership, as the matching One-to-One Account Owner remains as the original
Contact/Account creator. The NPSP runs a trigger to delete the One-to-One
Account with the Contact, which a transferred User Owner won't be able to do if
the Account's owner is different from themselves, and thus the entire Contact
deletion process is halted.
