The Opportunity Roll-Up functionality is not working #344

Client reported that their Membership Join Date, Membership End Date and Last
Membership Level were cleared out of some Account records. And it showed that
the Last Modified Date was done on those Accounts on 8/8/12 @ 2:13AM PST.
Also - the Number of Gifts and Gift Amount fields were no longer populated
(showing 0 Gifts and $0 Amount) on Account records.

Using a backup file from last week on the Account object, I updated the
Membership Join Date and Membership End Date fields again.

A colleague recommended that I upgrade all packages of the Non Profit Starter
Pack and then run the Opportunity Roll-Ups again. I did this, and the
Membership Join Date, Membership End Date and Last Membership Level were
cleared out again, and the Roll-Up fields were not populated correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From the Nonprofit Settings app - go to the Opportunity Rollups Tab
2. Run the Opportunity Rollups

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is that just the Opportunity Rollup fields will be updated with
the Total # of Gifts, and Total Gift Amounts.

What is being done instead is that the the Rollup fields are not being
calculated correctly, and some fields are being cleared of their values.

What version of the packages are you using?

Contacts & Organization - 2.1.2

Households - 2.4.4

Recurring Donations - 2.0.7

Relationships - 1.52

Affiliations 1.55

What else is running in the org? (Other packages, workflow, etc.?) There's
nothing in the NPSP that does a write to any of those fields.

It appears to be that a client made an Opportunity Stage inactive, so the
Membership Fields were not being populated correctly. The Membership fields
are populated via the Opportunity Rollup:
