The Improved TM 1.0 to ETM Migration document has this quote:

Export: TM1 territories (incl rules, assigned users, manual account territory assignment), territory related sharing rules, list view/report folder sharing metadata, opportunity to territory assignment

Some items that are new to me here:

List view / report folder sharing metadata
Opportunity to territory assignment

We need to get final word from Product about these and incorporate into the TM-Tools process if necessary.
