Request unmute feature #349

I noticed there is a command to mute everyone you are following, which I would like to try, but then I would have to go through an unmute everyone again. I'm wondering if an unmute command might be easy to implement. Thanks

There's already t delete mute @user, which is mentioned when you mute someone.
