OSF currently spells the species Mecopoda mamorata. In the description paper for the species (He 2019), the author uses both "mamorata" (specifically when described the new species) and "marmorata" (in the abstract).
But the word itself is properly "marmorata" which means "marbled", which the author does mention in the description. It just appears he dropped the first "r" several times in the paper.
