What is the address, floor, room name if any, entrance instructions? 201 Mission St # 2375 San Francisco, CA 94105

Do we need to submit an attendee list for security purposes? Yes.

What's the total number of people that space can hold? 40 is comfortable but could accommodate 60.

Will food and drinks will be provided? Are there vegetarian and gluten free options? Yes, food and drinks will be provided. The details are TBD.

What is the AV setup like? A large monitor in the common area with HDMI connector. We'll have adapters for MacBooks on hand.

What is the microphone setup? Mic stand or headset mic? We don't have a microphone setup, but we can acquire one if needed.

What is the parking situation like? Is bike parking available? Any off-street parking? There is street parking and there are parking garages nearby. Bike parking is limited.

COVID-19 safety measures

• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Event will be indoors
• To be allowed entry you must satisfy one of the following:
  • Present proof of vaccination (two shots + booster) upon entry via photo or physical card.
  • Present proof of a negative test for COVID through an RTPCR test that was taken within 24 hours of entry.
