Quizlet has a common space which includes restrooms, catering kitchen with dining tables and audio, and an All Hands room with screens for presentations and microphones. Guests are not able to use any portion of the workspace behind badged doors. Night Porter services finish at 9pm by which time the event must also conclude.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees, we ask anyone in our space to help in this effort by complying with the attached Community Pledge at the bottom of this document. TL;DR

Will food and drinks will be provided? Are there vegetarian and gluten free options? Doesn't need to be super fancy.
The room can hold 60 seated in its current configuration and we can add a few barstools around the edge.

We can provide food for guests which would include a percentage vegetarian and gluten free where the vendors can accommodate. Beverages are available as well.

Preso Opt A, Google Meet - A meeting ID can be created at the Google Tablet and the presenter can join that meeting via g.co/present to present the content.
Preso Opt B, Direct Connect - The presenter can connect directly to an HDMI plug to local present content. We have a slide advancer if needed as the HDMI cord is not terribly long.

What is the parking situation like? Is bike parking available? Any off-street parking? We do get asked about bike parking every month, so it helps us to know if its available.
No car parking at the building is available. Street parking is generally available when there are no evening events at Oracle Park.
Bikes may be parked in the garage near the Front Desk.
