Fix bug after pgf change #2

the pgf package changed the foreach loop so that the [count=\n] option went from defining a global variable to a local variable, breaking chordbox. Fixed this.

This fixes issue: #1

this still seems to be an issue, is there a reason this hasn't been merged? @sfranzen

You have to replace the code of the fix but eliminating (or comment) 121 , 125 and 132 rows:

%\draw grid (\n - 1, -\numfrets);
% \fill rectangle (\n - 1, .2);
% \pgfmathparse{0.5 * (\n - 1)}
