Support for RTL languages #104

The calendar is not rendered properly when the user has any RTL language (like Arabic) set as primary language in system preferences. It works fine when the language is changed while the app is already running

Thanks for filing this. I'm afraid I don't know anything about how an RTL language like Arabic should be rendered in Itsycal so I don't even know where to begin. Can you provide some guidance or suggestions?
