Add support for Japanese Shorthand Day of the Week #117

To the best of my knowledge, the ability to shorthand day of the week in Japanese date-format is impossible. Using this page page, the way the Japanese date format is written is "MM月dd日 (shorthand day of the week written in kanji)".

Support for this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This can be fixed by changing system language to Japanese.
