In DayZ, spawning occurs along the coast. The biggest city on the map is Chernogorsk with Electozavodsk being about 2 kilometers to the east. Those two cities, Balota airfield, and the surrounding area make up the center sector for the three spawn zones. Each spawn zone has its own movement cooridor inland to Stary Sabor and the Northwest airfield. The other main cooridors comprise the outer frontier areas and city of Berezino with its two suburbs.
