Handling of conf.t0 #13

conf.t0 works not for all cases. Especially the creating of binaural stimuli with ir_wfs_25d has problems with focused sources and plane waves. This issue includes also the fix_ir_length function.

Removed conf.t0 completly and replaced it with other mechanism in branch threed
