Renaming of imp and mono functions #14

Rename these functions in a more meaningful way. For example, we could replace 'mono' with 'f' and 'imp' with 't', to indicate the different domains we are working in.

In addition to this it is a very confusing, that there exist a folder for the time domain functions, a folder for the ir stuff and a folder for the binaural synthesis. Maybe this can also be done in a better way.
