Scaling of monochromatic sound fields #22

The sound field is at the moment scaled at conf.xref. This might be a little bit misleading, because one would expect conf.xref to have only a contribution for 2.5D synthesis. Maybe we should always scale to the center of the plot.

This is resolved with the new normalization behavior, which only normalizes during plotting and doesn't use conf.xref any longer.
