Change tag labels to be consistent with python code #2

As the python code has also a nomenclatur in the form of sfs.mono.drivingfunction.wfs_25d_plane, we could think about to adjust the corresponding tag name D:wfs:pw:2.5D accordingly.

One idea would be to replace . with _ and then : with ..
