From october 19th, TEK downloads contain duplicates from other EU countries #20

It should be possible to filter out only the national keys for each country based on the country_of_origin field.

@damaarten Could you expand in what do you mean by the country_of_origin field? I don't think that is exposed on the Exposure Key export files.
