Adding a Compile-time interface sample #37

Any suggestions on improving the explanatory text are very welcome.

Ha... I just saw Issue #33. The points made by this or that are slightly different, but I'm not sure if there is enough room for both of them. I'm fine with whatever happens, although I feel that mine currently provides a better motivation for using the pattern and a easier to follow example.
