Add description field to Poem search line (in addition to author name, first line, and contents)

This will enable the PI, project team, and casual users to search for themes within the many transcribed poems now included in the database. The test searches by the project team and the user survey both indicated that such searches would be useful. Eg. I would like to be able to search poems by theme and/or content, i.e 'pets' or 'animals'; How often were women the subject of poetry in the mvms?

When the user carries out a search via the Poem Browse feature, they will be able to enter a term like "women" or "pets" or "animals" into the search line and pull up poems tagged with these themes. For someone who comes to the database via an interest in popular 18th-century poems but without knowing what specific poems they are looking for, this would be a more useful search than the first line or a keyword in the poem.

I can't think of any alternatives to such a search except for scrolling through the list of 171+ poems to read their descriptions.

An example of such a search is in the MVM database, the Manuscripts search line, which includes the description field.

This is working now, thank-you. However, the search description, under the search line, needs adjusting to indicate that description is included in the search fields.
