Automate citation creation #183

The citations are current hard-coded into each entry (though a template is created for each one); however, this makes the copyright date static (i.e. 2021) and requires a lot of manual updating to make sure everything is in alignment.

From discussion with BSch:

I like the solution of citing the entry and the access date, as per:

"Beinecke GEN MSS VOL 519." Manuscript Verse Miscellanies, 1700-1820, edited by Betty A. Schellenberg, Simon Fraser University, https://dhil.lib.sfu.ca/mvm/manuscript/12. Accessed 21 Jun. 2023.

Since there is no publication/copyright date on the site, and since the date of creating the entry or updating it doesn’t mean much, this seems the most uniform and simple way of handling things.
