Remove "text" from link field for Manuscript #184

BSch reported that the "text" field doesn't seem to work for Manuscript links (i.e. it just doesn't do anything)—but rather than fix that, she noted that she doesn't need a text field anyway for links in Manuscripts and that it's simplest to have the link text be automatically generated from the URL.

From correspondence:

[W]e have found that for the FLI, the link automatically displays as “firstlines.folger.edu” no matter what we put in the Text box. This is actually ok with me, since I think it’s likely as clear as anything. But it does seem that this Text box is not functional. The only other link we seem to use is to a digitized copy of a ms via a library’s open-access catalogue. Again, the shortened version of the link seems pretty clear – e.g. yalecollections.edu, or something like that. So I’m wondering if we should just ditch the Text box.

IMO, probably simplest just to drop the text field from the form
