Serif font no longer loading

Describe the bug The custom serif font (EB Garamond, used primarily in headings) is no longer loading, and fallbacks to TNR.

I think the issue stems from the (now squashed) bug in the nines font downloader. I would think all that needs to happen is that the fonts.css file needs to be refreshed using the updated fonts downloader

To Reproduce

• Login
• Go to any page other than the homepage--say, the Contents Page: https://dhil.lib.sfu.ca/mvm/content/
• Look at the heading. It flashes (since it's trying to find the font, but can't) and then is TNR.

Expected behavior It should look like so: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/EB+Garamond?preview.text=Contents&preview.text_type=custom
