Describe the bug Coterie search does not match other search forms

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dhil.lib.sfu.ca/mvm/coterie/
  2. There is a search button instead of a search form

Expected behavior The search functionality should look like https://dhil.lib.sfu.ca/mvm/archive/
