Describe the bug:
When you click “News & Events” in the menu at the top of the page, the dropdown menu it prompts only contains one ‘announcement’ (“2019: Year in Review”).
To reproduce:
Click on “News & Events” in the menu at the top of the page.
Drop down menu contains only one announcement, and then the options for “All Announcements”, “Post Categories”, and “Post Statuses.”

This drop down menu should display the titles of (ideally) the five most recent announcements.
