Image URL field not public in person records. #164

Describe the bug: The “image URL” field only shows up when logged in, and it should be public.

To reproduce: Log out. Click on “Explore” then click on “Persons” from the drop-down menu. Click the first person record, ID 3511. Image URL field is not displayed in record.
