non-UK prices #181

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Our current pricing fields don’t allow for non-UK prices, and we’re expanding to America. Our American book history colleague mentioned that currency was not regularized in America during this period, so we’d like to add a blank “price” field to title entries - one that we can type anything into, as that gives us the necessary freedom for inconsistent currencies.

Note: sorting by price won't be possible with this field. Would GBP come before or after US$?
