Cannot search by author in the ESTC import. #233

Describe the bug: we cannot search by author name in the ESTC import search, only by title and imprint. If the author’s name isn’t in the title, we cannot search by author, and we should be able to so that we can import titles even if we don’t know them just by searching the author’s name.

To recreate: Click “database in the top menu, then click “ESTC” in the drop down menu Click “Title Search” Type “Jane Austen” (with quotation marks) into the search bar. Because Austen didn’t publish her works with her name in the title, no results appear.

Expected results: to be able to search by author as well as title and imprint.

The search does work on authors. If you search for "Austen" you'll find lots of J. Austen (but I don't think any Jane Austen). The problem seems to be that the ESTC doesn't have any Jane Austen (which I find baffling!). I can't even find any Jane Austen books in http://estc.bl.uk
