Describe the bug: currently, the “All Announcements” link in the drop down menu below “News” is public, and we would like it to be private (visible only to people logged in). It is not organized for the public, and we’re changing “News” to “Podcast” (soon) anyway, so it doesn’t make sense for it to be public.
