Move "Copyright statement" field below "Colophon" field. #245

Describe the bug The "Copyright statement" field is above the "Colophon" field. It should be below "Colophon."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Database" and select "Search titles"
  2. Select ID 4381
  3. Scroll down to "Copyright Statement"
  4. The error is "Copyright Statement" is below "Imprint" and above "Colophon." It should be below "Colophon" in both the front and back end.

Expected behavior The "Copyright statement" field should be below the "Colophon" field and above the "Location of Printing" field in both the front and back end of title records.
