Sometimes the firms have strange things going on with them that we can't capture in the data fields that currently make up the firm records.

We would like to add a notes field to the firms record like what we have for the title records.

User Information
This will allow us to explain what is happening with a particular firm when the data itself is not enough to make it clear; ie. if someone inherited a business from someone else, we'd like to indicate that in the notes since our firm fields don't capture that. Another example would be Ann Watts, who often published under her husband's name, Clement Watts; a notes field would allow us to make note of that once in the firm record so that users who see Ann Watts attached to titles "published by Clement Watts" understand why the books say 'Clement Watts' but our data says 'Ann Watts.'
