Title export error #256

Describe the bug Receive an error message when trying to export titles to a CSV format.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go 'Search titles.'
  2. Click on 'Advanced Search.'
  3. Scroll down to 'filter by person' and type "61" into the ID field and then scroll down and click "search."
  4. It should bring up all titles attached to Frances Burney's person record. Click "export" and select "CSV" from the drop down.
  5. We receive an error message instead of a downloadable file.

Expected behavior We should get a CSV file when we click "CSV" from the "Export" drop down menu.
