Person search export is broken #273

Describe the bug Person search export seems broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to person/search
  2. Search for 'peacock'
  3. Try to export the results as a CSV
  4. The error displayed

Expected behavior CSV file should download
