Unable to delete source from Firm record #327

What isn’t working as expected on the website?

When I want to delete a source that has been added to a firm record, it confirms the deletion but then doesn't actually delete it from the record.

What steps did you take before you encountered the bug?

  1. I was in title ID 22627 (https://womensprinthistoryproject.com/title/22627)
  2. I clicked "James Bettenham" in the firms field
  3. In his firm record, I clicked "Edit"
  4. I clicked the "minus" sign next to the ESTC source to remove it (see screenshot 1)
  5. I clicked "Update" and the page loads with a message saying it has been updated, but the ESTC source is still there (see screenshot 2)

What browser, operating system, and device were you using when you encountered the error?

Firefox, Windows 10, Desktop
