Normally having the import function down wouldn't be pressing, but this request is a bit time-sensitive as one of our collaborators is using this function to bring in a lot of data while she's on leave this month. If it looks like it'll be a bit of a task to get it fixed and might take some time, can you let me know so I can pass along an ETA for her? Thanks so much, Andrew!
Hi Kate, sorry for the delay (was at a conference last week).
For this issue and #353 I believe there was some general Symfony server instability happening which should be solved for now. Please let me know if everything is working for you and the rest of the team before I close these issues.
I've also opened another issue to make server improvements when I have some free time to try and make sure this doesn't crop up again (#354).
What isn’t working as expected on the website?
Our ESTC import function for imprints and titles has not been working for the last few days - when you search for an imprint or a title, it returns a "Service Unavailable" page instead of results (see image below).
