The goal is to create a new PubMed version of lensing. The facets should include gene names, protein names, diseases, organisms / species, mutation profiles, etc.

The map view might be useful to track locations of the authors. The person facet might be useful to track authors. It will be interesting to see what insight we can get from the Storyline view in PubMed data.

Also the Clusters view would be a good idea to have with few enhancements. Apart from the current features of using the predicates, we could also provide the feature to visualize author relationship using multi map tSNE (http://homepage.tudelft.nl/19j49/multiplemaps/visualization/index2.html?map=nips_maps.json.txt), another could be to see relation between diseases/genes/mutations/proteins (combination of any two) where we perform clustering based on features for one domain and color the points based on the other domain.
