Reads the UI names of devices and channels from the CCU if no custom mapping is given. Names are reread every 30 gatherings (by default around every 30 minutes, configurable).

Thx for that idea and implementation - and sorry for the delay in getting into this. Enhanced with rebase and some minor changes in #27.
