I have had a process /usr/local/bin/permissions.sh running in numetrous instances on my debian laptop, each took a bit of CPU but together they maxed out all cores to 100%. I would kill the processes and the fans would stop (cpu as well).
It would repeat on my machine reboot. Or after a while without a reboot.
Then the other day i uninstalled the Deck app. This issue has completely gone away.
I am not sure, but could this be a process that has to do with deck, or docker? Though Docker is still installed on my machine.
