When syncing ams to the "CGPA planner", the semester header is very important. If it is not there, the feature does not work. So either the description of the CGPA Planner, when asking to sync AMS to it, should have a header saying that the semester header is important and that the feature will not work without it. Or, if the user fails to have a semester header, the feature should display an error message saying that it is missing.
Although it seems trivial, it is all the more confusing, since the feature works even if we give it just the current semester, or any subset of our semesters(of course including the current semester). That is, if I have done 5 semesters in ashoka and I am currently doing the 6th semester, I can just give it the 5th and 6th semester and the feature works. So it is very easy for the users to forget to copy the semester header when doing it. It took me some time to figure it out too.
