Failed to start Pymakr on VSCode after updating to 1.1.17 #303

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Install Pymakr on VSCode

What happens?

Pymakr fails to start

What were you expecting to happen?

Start Pymakr so i can upload files on my ESP32 running MicroPython

Any logs, error output, etc?

This should be resolved in v1.1.18.
