Console does not reflect updated com port #61

Hi! I am trying to connect a newly- purchased LoPy with Atom. I have an older LoPy that connects to an address called 'Com5' so everytime I open Atom it automatically connects to it. I then connect this new LoPy to the same USB port and the new address becomes 'Com4' so I updated it under global settings. However, this change was not reflected in the console as it says it is connecting to 'Com5' and it failed to connect. What can I do to let my new LoPy connect with Atom? I have done a firmware update on this new LoPy board and I tried restarting my computer, closing Atom but it still cant work. Thanks!
