I'm guessing this was left in by accident? It has tasks specific to d1238, so I assume it was an accident.

(Protip: you can add private per-repo ignores in .git/info/exclude, just like you would with a .gitignore file, except it's for yourself only; alternatively, you can set system-wide ignores by running, e.g. git config --global core.excludesfile '~/.gitignore')
