This paper is about a WG21 language feature, and while WG14 might be interested in a contract-like facility, this paper (and many other contracts papers) have not survived the intensive review going on in the Contracts Study Group of WG21.

We don't need to be involved until C++ are reasonably close to determining what their syntax and semantics are like, and they are still struggling. Forcing authors to stop by the compatibility group when it's not even sure WG21 will accept their syntax as given is not a productive use of their time.
